Valentine's Day treat holders with tags + video tutorial

This month's challenge was to use tags. Tags make great card accents and wonderful handmade gift tags, but why not use them to create a special treat holder? I used two die cut tags to create a treat holder for the yummy Ghirardelli chocolate squares. Many chocolates were eaten in the making of this post and video tutorial. :D

Die-namics Tag Builder Blueprints 1 and Die-namics Tag Builder Blueprints 5 made quick and easy work of these adorable treat holders. I also added some stamping and heat embossing with images from So Much Love. My favorite part may be the small hearts hanging from the bottom of the baker's twine on the bows that close the treat holders. Red hearts always make me smile!

Watch the video tutorial on how to make these treat holders. Click the video below
or to watch it in HD go to Valentine's Day Tag Treat Holders.

You can see how perfectly the squares fit inside the holder. What a great handmade and thoughtful gift to give people at the office, classmates, neighbors, the mailman, bus driver, or anyone!

Visit the MFT Stamps Blog for links to the rest of the amazing designers on the team! I cannot wait to see what they have created!
