Welcome to the MFT Stamps Release Countdown! For the next few days we will be sharing

Today's post is exciting because if you missed out on the Make a Wish card kit, Make a Wish and Die-namics Make A Wish are going to be available for purchase! The candles and the details, along with the wonderful sentiments make this set necessary for birthday cards!
I stamped the candles from Make a Wish in different color inks using my Mini MISTI. It makes lining up the images an absolute breeze! I began by placing my card stock panel in the MISTI, holding it in place with magnets. Then I placed my stamp and picked it up with the MISTI lid. Starting with the left candle, I added the ink, only to the first candle, stamped the image, then cleaned the stamp. I added ink only to the second candle, repeating the process. By leaving the stamp and the card stock in the same place for each new ink color, the MISTI kept everything lined up!
The MISTI also helped me line up my sentiment, also from Make a Wish, perfectly along the bottom of my die cut rectangle panel.
This card really started with the image from Magical Dragons. I had previously colored it and as it was laying next to the candles, I thought, why not have the dragon blowing out the candles?! I like the way I could blend the two sets together! The color of the dragon, obviously influenced the colors used on my card.
