thank you kindly; MFT Stamps Creative Construction with Blueprints

Welcome to the MFT Stamps Creative Construction with Blueprints Challenge! This month the challenge is Hip to Be Square. Making square cards is a lot of fun and its easy to accomplish when you use the fantastic dies and the sketches that are provided with Die-namics Blueprints

For my card today, I had fun mixing and matching elements from several sets of Die-namics Blueprints. They all work together beautifully and I love that I get so much use out of these dies!

I started by cutting Sweet Tooth card stock with a rounded rectangle from Die-namics Blueprints 14. Then I stamped the two parts of the flower from Fall Florals

Using the stitched square from Die-namics Blueprints 14, I cut the new paper pack, Homespun Gingham. Then I layered it with another square with a rounded corner. The Kraft card stock I used to create that, was also from Die-namics Blueprints 14. I stamped the panel with a small image from Fall Florals using Kraft ink. Small white dots were added to each flower as well. I thought they kind of looked like hearts, so they would be a fun touch.

The pennant piece was created with Persimmon card stock using a die from Die-namics Blueprints 12. By cutting it twice, layering it together, and trimming off the top notch, I had a great element, in the perfect scale! The sentiment is from Pretty Poppies and was stamped on a label shape from
Die-namics Blueprints 14. One last detail to note, all the edges of the papers were inked with Natural ink, to add cohesion and a shabby look for fall. I love how it ties everything together!

Visit the MFT Stamps Blog for links to the rest of the design team. Some of the cards have left my jaw on the floor! The inspiration is fantastic!

thanks for stopping by!
