stamping fun with the MFT December Release Countdown

Welcome to this month's Release Countdown with My Favorite Things! You will find complete details each day on the MFT Blog, including how you can win prizes and full reveals of featured products.

Today is full of good, old-fashioned stamping! I love when I get stamps that I can play with. Stamps I can layer. Stamps that can mix and match. Stamps that look good no matter what I do with them! :) The new stamp set, Desert Bouquet, is just that set! Look at the beautiful flowers!

After I cut the window in my Sweet Tooth card base with Die-namics Peek-a-Boo Circle Windows, I stamped around the edges with the lovely flowers and leaves from Desert Bouquet.

The sentiment inside the window is from Whimsical Wishes, along with the happy birthday underneath the flowers. Both were stamped with Blueberry ink. I love the ability to add the window into the inside of the card with Die-namics Peek-a-Boo Circle Windows!

And I just had to keep stamping! Pretty flowers, awesome new ink colors! Look at how great the new colors look together!

The sentiment is from Friends Like Us and was stamped in Blueberry Ink again. The blue ink works perfectly with the bright colors of the flowers. Better than boring old black!

And one more card, because I couldn't stop myself! This time I stamped the pennant image from Desert Bouquet in two colors, first in Peach Bellini Ink and then in Persimmon Ink. Adore those two colors!

Then I die cut a leaf from Limelight cardstock using Die-namics Wild Greenery. I adhered it to the card with a mini clothespin.

Once again, I stamped the sentiment in Blueberry Ink. This sentiment is from Whimsical Wishes. Fantastic font, so light and airy!

The next post will be your signal to shop! Whoop! Head over to the MFT Blog for all the details!

thanks for stopping by!
