MFT Release Countdown: DIY Halloween Luminaries + Video Tutorial

Welcome to this month's Release Countdown with My Favorite Things! You will find complete details each day on the MFT Blog, including how you can win prizes and full reveals of featured products.

You cannot have Halloween without candles (faux) and some slightly spooky decor! When I saw
Die-namics Spooky Scene, I knew EXACTLY how I wanted to use them--to make luminaries! These are super simple to create with MFT Vellum, Die-namics Spooky Scene, and Black Licorice cardstock!

How cool is this tree? And he's not just for Halloween, I see lots of possibilities here!!

Look! Its my kitty! :)

And please, please, please don't use these paper decorations with real flames! Use battery operated tea lights.  I picked up these at a big box store.

I cannot wait to put these out! Is it too soon? :)

Here is a video tutorial showing how easy it is to create these using MFT Vellum and Die-namics Spooky Scene! All the dimensions and adhesive tips are included!

Well, its a big number one at the top of my post and you know what that means!! My next post means its time to shop!!! Head over to the MFT Blog for all the details!

thanks for stopping by!
