As far as sketches go, there is not much explanation necessary. You can turn it and enlarge the sections to fit your card size. However, in the end, it should still look like the sketch. Here is my take on Cindy's wonderful sketch. I wanted to use the present from All Wrapped Up stamp set with bright papers. There is some airbrushing on the circle behind the present and the sentiment label.
