Fun with Cork

SORRY! This project has been removed for publication. Please look for it in the Sept/Oct issue of Paper Crafts Magazine! :)

Cork is making its way into embellishments. Chatterbox had some amazing pieces in their new collection. Being curious, I tried some thin cork in my Cuttlebug with a CB die and with my Nesties.

On this card, I used two flowers cut with a Cuttlebug Flower die. It cut perfectly!

Here is a close up look at the scoring detail and the little flower I stamped into the scallops.

Here is a Label One shape. I tried many attempts to get my Cuttlebug to work, but the best I could do was get a impression and cut the shape with my scissors. Just makes me want a Wizard! :)
Its been a rough weekend. My cousin died unexpectedly, my son is sick with a fever and a terrible cough, and the store that I work at is making the official announcement that it is closing in the end of March. Plus, I have been working very hard on some publication calls and some special projects. I am beat. So, forgive me for not being around much this week. I have posts scheduled and one of them is another really cool way to use your Nestabilities and our new Flourishes Tuesday.
Once again, please vote for me HERE. thanks for stopping by!
