MFT Stamps Release Countdown for October continues

Welcome to the MFT Stamps Release Countdown! For the next few days we will be sharing projects featuring the new stamps, dies, and stencils that will be releasing this month. You will be able to purchase any of the products you see over the next few days on
Tuesday, October 4 at 9 pm Central. Which means my next post will signal that its time to shop!

Today's post shows that simple, yet beautiful products, make stunning cards. This card came together easily and quickly, which is the best way cards can be made! Then there is more time to make and send more cards! Knowing I was going to use Die-namics Thanks and Die-namics Stitched Flowers, I needed something to lay those onto. My first thought was patterned paper, but then my eyes fell on Stencil Moroccan Lattice and bingo! I placed the stencil on my Sweet Tooth card stock base and gently pushed ink through using a Mini Ink Blending tool. The Spearmint Ink was a soft touch. I was not careful about how far I went with the ink coverage, just made sure that where my elements would be placed was darker than the rest.

Using several colors of card stock, I cut a flower, center, and leaves using Die-namics Stitched Flowers. The detailing of the stitch lines is what makes these images stand out with simple die cutting.

To the flower and leaves, I added these die cut words. Die-namics Thanks is a must-have for any card maker. I see myself using this set very often. For more dimension, I used foam adhesive on the back of my letters, but you could also cut 3-4 words and adhere them together for a more solid look. So many possibilities!

Visit the MFT Stamps blog for all the information you will need about the upcoming release. That includes product images, product videos, links to the design team projects, and more! Plus, there always seems to be a chance to win!

Beautiful comforting, color combination set off by the partial use of the shaded Moroccan die backing.
