you and me

Welcome to this month's Release Countdown with My Favorite Things! You will find complete details each day on the MFT Blog, including how you can win prizes and full reveals of featured products.

Yay! My next post will let you know that it is time to shop! Hasn't this release been a blast? So much love and smiles! Today I am playing with the trendy and super cool Stencil Punctuate It.

After my two colored inking earlier in the week, I wanted to continue playing with the look. (Hello, why not ink more than one color? Sometimes I am a little slow on the up-take.) When I placed Stencil Punctuate It on my Primitive White cardstock, I noticed that an ampersand was in the middle. Thinking about my awesome stamps, Always & Forever, that works with ampersands beautifully, I had a thought. I started my inking the ampersand with Lemon Drop ink, to make it the focal point. Then moving towards the outside, I inked Orange Fizz, Sour Apple, and finally Blu Raspberry ink. Eeee! Happy dance! I will be doing this again!

thanks for hanging with me all week! and for your sweet comments! and for always stopping by!
