I love your card. This is just the kind of creating I like to do. Fussy cutting and creating something from something else. As to the ice cream...ice cream is my favorite dessert of all time...and my favorite of all time was homemade peach!
Generally I will say that chocolate is my favorite!!!!
Stencil Video Series:
The stencil video tutorial series was a lot of fun for me last week! I hope you enjoyed it as well! In case you missed any of the tutorials, here is a list:

Bragging Mom Moment:

And now for the mom bragging moment and personal stuff, feel free to skip this part. :) This past weekend was the Iowa YMCA State Swim meet and our little man earned a trip there! Considering he has been swimming competitively since October, its pretty impressive! He completely blew me away this weekend. He has never swam so well. He took all his nervousness and training (and let me tell you how hard they have been working for the past month in preparation) and funneled them into an amazing performance. This from a kid who we could not get INTO the pool when he was 4. It took a year and half to get him in the pool, under the water, and then to float. It took private lessons and constant repetition of levels. I never, ever, ever would have dreamed that he would love swimming. He LOVES it. He wants to practice and stay after practice. We kept getting him in the water so he would learn to overcome his fears and learn to not be afraid of life's challenges. He took it to another level himself. I am amazed by my child. I saw this quote the other day and it embodied him perfectly, "Decide that you want it, more than you are afraid of it." I never knew that my 8 year-old son would teach me a few things about life and how to live it!

thanks for always stopping by!

He is super amazing I love the quote and through your support and encouragement he has taken it to an all new high. So proud of all of you!!! It would have been so much easier just to give in and not encourage him through those first few months (maybe even year) of swim lessons as I know the battle you had but look at our boy now!!! Great job!! I also enjoyed the Videos and have tried the embossing one!
