Happy Monday! Well after going to the little man’s program at school this morning, I am winging my way to Utah for the Paper Crafts Editorial Board Meeting!!!! EEEE! I cannot believe it! I still cannot believe that I am a Go To Gal!!! I will be there until Thursday, working hard, and I am sure having a ton of fun too! I look forward to meeting Laura and Heather for the first time and learning from the pros, Betsy, Kim, and Teri. Yep, there is a huge smile stuck to my face!
The flower on this card was made from a new product that I am in LOVE with!Its from Christy Tomlinson’s line She Art, from Pink Paislee. Coffee filter sheets (this one is called Text). are just what the name says, thin papers that feel just like a filter. To start with, I die cut a sheet with Spiral Blossom Four from Spellbinders. Once it was assembled, I dipped the flower in a pile of Color Shine Mist (Mustard). These papers will be perfect for using as is, misting, tearing, and definitely mixed media applications, like canvases.
The patterned papers are from the same line (She Art). Very shabby, but with fun and bright colors. The sentiment is a rub on, yes a rub on (Cottage Farms)! Pink Paislee has released several sets and I am thrilled to see these come back!!
