SORRY! This project has been removed for publication. It will appear in the April 2011 issue of CARDS magazine.
Just a fall-ish card for today, with some playing around. When I saw the new papers from Basic Grey, called, Pyrus, I knew they were calling my name. Kraft, neutral, grey, orange…well, you get the picture. :)
The background was stamped with Hero Arts, Friend Definition, and the edges were inked with the same ink-Frayed Burlap Distressing Ink. Then I stamped and heat embossed Circle Lace. Because it was so bright white, I rubbed more Frayed Burlap ink over it. That helped toned things down.
Oooh, and these were a pretty Etsy find. I added some gems to the center to make them pop a little bit more.
Have a great day! thanks for stopping by!
