The rub on for the sentiment is Tinkering Ink. The stamp is Papertrey Ink. The flowers are from Prima. The twill is some seriously old school Scenic Route!
I cut apart the waved paper and placed it on the coordinating solid background. I will try this again, because I like the bit of depth it added.
