A Challenge

Here is the latest challenge I posted at Scrap Lovers.
I love the look of notebook paper, but I end up running out, or not having the correct size. I stared at my last piece and thought, hey, I can make my own!
I took a standard hole punch and punched all the way along the length of the paper. Then I cut the small rectangles away from the holes. Perfect!
