ATTN: Google Reader Subscribers

While this post is directed at all my wonderful GOOGLE READER SUBSCRIBERS, this is a good reminder for everyone. Or hey, this may be the time to try and subscribe to this blog a different way.

Google Reader will cease to exist as of July 1, 2013. That means, if you use Google Reader to see my blog (and all your favorites) the program will no longer work. If you subscribe to this blog via email or Networked Blogs or another vehicle, you will not be effected.

You can subscribe to this blog in several ways, please feel free to click each one if you are interested:

There are many programs that allow you to keep track of all your favorite blogs and other online readings; Bloglovin, Feedly, and many others. But I am going to recommend Feedly. Reason being, they are making it easy to move your Google Reader over. It also has apps for iPad, iPhone, and Android platform smart phones. That way, you can access your feeds from anywhere. I know that I personally use my iPad for all my blog surfing.

I know it seems complicated, and that’s why I am trying to send you all to the same place. And my wonderful friend, Tami Mayberry, has posted a tutorial about her transition. A  HUGENORMOUS thanks to her!

As I move into using Feedly as well, I will try to share some of my tips and tricks. I don’t know about you, but I do not deal well with change. I get too used to the way things work and look. But I will make it. :)

And as always, please ask, I will try and answer them the best I am able.

thanks for stopping by!

Thanks so much for this info and for the link to the tutorial. There are blogs I subscribe to on Google reader and I appreciate your recommendations on sites to replace it. Luckily, I subscribe to you via email! Thanks again!

I am seriously bummed about google reader ending:(

I just tried feedly, and it is just too fancy! I like my list, straightforward and simple. Oh well, such is life.
