The new Cosmo Cricket line, Boyfriend, is a ton of fun! Cute, kind of kitschy, with great muted colors! For this first card, I stamped a wood grain background in dark brown ink on dark chocolate cardstock. Once it dried, I stamped the sentiment in Watermark ink and heat embossed with detail powder. The smiley face zipper pull was too fun to resist. (gotta love a goofy stash of odds and ends!)
Sorry! This card has been removed for publication in the January 2010 Scrapbook Trends special issue: Quick and Easy Idea Book. :)
One more card thanks to the stash! :) I grabbed some clothespins and some thick jute. I knew I had this cute sentiment, which was too perfect. This line is shipping now, so you should be able to get your hands on it soon! :)
thanks for stopping by!

So cute. I love this Cosmo Cricket line. You have used it so well. We met at CHA at the Spellbinders booth and I am so glad that I grabbed your card. Your blog is wonderful, so full of fun and inspiring ideas. I am going to put it on my RSS feeds so I can get updates whenever you post. I hope you have a wonderful day.

These are awesome girl!
So simple, but love the cards! I want some of that paper!
LOVE the "dangle" on the first card... where did you get the little piece that makes it dangle (not the charm)? If ya don't mind me asking...
I absolutely adore the sweet simplicity of this card girl!!
