This month, Tosha challenged us to create a card with a window. I was told that I was a lucky duck to have this stamp set from My Favorite Things called, Window Shopping. Hee hee!Seeing as I could "cheat" with the window, I knew I needed some fall papers and my new Harvest Moon papers from Pink Paislee would be great.
I wanted the woman to be looking inside the window and shoes to be on stands on the inside of the card. The actual stamp has shoes and things on it, so I stamped it onto patterned paper and cardstock. That way, I could have her arms and neck look skin colored.
The ornament (why I made it this, I don't know, but I will be doing it again) measures 4.25" square. The window was cut with my large square Nestabilities. Which, fits the whole window of the stamp perfectly (2nd one down). I used the next size larger square to cut my transparency. (didn't work all that well)Look like fun?
