*******I just found out that this layout was chosen for one of the winners at Scenic Route's monthly challenge!!!!!********* I am thrilled!!!! Here it is.
I love these photos from Valentine's Day! Scenic Route stuff, Bazzill scalloped circle. Where is the Papertrey Ink? It is right below. I stamped the smile (Mixed Messages) all the way around the scallop. Insanity, but it made a fun edge! :)
The chipboard hearts were painted. I added white details with my Sharpie paint pen.
