Some treats for my sweet! Another hybrid project here. I used Andie Smith's Manhatten kit for the papers. It originally came from My Digital Muse, but that is no longer in existence, so I am not sure if Andie is still selling the kit or not. The Hershey miniature candy bar template came from Peppermint Creative. I stamped the Love on white cardstock and trimmed it to size. The hearts were punched from the patterned paper I printed.
For the card I used scraps from my printed patterned paper. I also used the cookie cutter tool in PSE 5.0 to create the heart from the red patterned paper. I stamped the love and used Doodlebug gems.
Here is a close up of the candy box. The template for this came from Prima Hybrid. It is about the size of a conversation hearts box. I printed the red patterned paper on one side of my matte photo paper and then printed the template on the other. I cut the window out with an Exacto knife and covered the hole with acetate.
The inside looked plain, so I backed it with more patterned paper that I printed. I also stamped the word Love.
The candy box template perfectly holds a gift card. I bought DH an iTunes card (from DS of course! :)) and it fit!
thanks for stopping by!
