"Our New Nest"

I inked the Maya Road branches with brown pigment ink. I thought it looked more natural.

The bird was flocked and the edges inked. The wing is covered in patterned paper.
I love the scallop oval punch and the plain oval punch that nests (hee hee) inside.
The birdhouse was paper pieced from a pattern I drew. I also shaded the opening to the house with ink, to add some depth.
