This month's kit was a challenge for me. I am pretty simple and straight lined, so the bright papers and patterns pushed my creativity. I ended up really like this paper from 3bugs in a rug. It is going to be good for boy layouts. The paper is called "Seeing Stars."

This is my favorite project from this kit. The paper has the entire Wishing Poem; "Star light, star bright, first star I see tonight. I wish I may, I wish I might. Have this wish I wish tonight." I cut each line of the poem out, adhering them to the paper lanterns, putting the entire poem on them. I adhered all the paper with foam dots because of the ribbing on the lanterns.
3bugs also added this project to their gallery! http://www.3bugsinarug.com/gallery/idea_details.asp?tID=1&iid=594

This is a chipboard coaster book from Maya Road. It is acutally an arrow, but I thought it looked like a house as I was turning it around. We are looking to sell our first house and move on, so this will be perfect for capturing photos around the house and yard.

I loved how the dots on these circles (cut from the paper) looked like the dimples in a golf ball.

The piece of paper that is under the photo is what I used to create all the other elements on the page; the white flowers, the blue flowers down the left side of the photo, and the diamonds in the corners.
