MFT Stamps November Release Countdown: Playful Pups

Welcome to the MFT Stamps Release Countdown! For the next few days we will be sharing projects featuring the new stamps, dies, and stencils that will be releasing this month. You will be able to purchase any of the products you see over the next few days on Tuesday, November 1 at 9 pm Central.

Playful Pups and the coordinating Die-namics Playful Pups continues the cuteness that is coming out of this release! I am in image coloring heaven!

When I saw the sentiment about warm bed, I wanted to make a sweet, soft blanket for the puppies. I cut a square from Plaid Patterns Merry and Bright Pack and crumpled it! Yep, like a piece of paper I was going to throw in the garbage. But by doing that I created a softer look and made the "blanket" look soft and worn. I folded the top over and placed my color penciled puppies on top. Because I wanted to remove the blanket under the original image, I fussy cut these sweeties out.

I stamped the sentiment on a die cut oval that I had inked with a soft blue ink. I liked how it grounded everything. And the other fun part is the hearts on this card. I made them with Nuvo Crystal Drops! To see a quick video on how to make them, head to my Instagram account where my name is @kimberlystamps!

Visit the MFT Stamps blog for all the information you will need about the upcoming release. That includes product images, product videos, links to the design team projects, and more! Plus, there always seems to be a chance to win!

Your card melts my heart and not just because of the sentiment. Sweet coloring on a blanket. jlingraham@hotmail.com
