MFT Release Countdown: Batty About You

Welcome to this month's Release Countdown with My Favorite Things! You will find complete details each day on the MFT Blog, including how you can win prizes and full reveals of featured products.

How cute is she?! I know, I say that every month when we get to the always darling Pure Innocence images! This month she is all dressed up in Batty About You and ready for Halloween!

I started by cutting Die-namics Batty About You from Smooth White cardstock. Its fantastic that there are coordinating dies to these stamps now! I colored her with colored pencils and Gamsol again. Still practicing to get better and smoother at it, but its horrible having to practice. Wink, wink.

The background is Tangy Orange cardstock that has been inked and stenciled with Stencil Jumbo Polka Dot and Razzle Berry ink.

To finish off the card, I layered a strip of Smooth White cardstock on a piece of Sour Apple cardstock that had been cut with Die-namics Dripping Goo Edge. The sentiment from Batty About You was stamped in my fav Hybrid Black Licorice Ink.

The button is Razzle Berry cardstock cut with Die-namics Blueprints 18. And the hemp cord was colored with a black marker to make it coordinate. Finally, the bats are Black Licorice cardstock cut with

Head over to the MFT Blog and check out who is doing the MFT videos now! Send her congrats!

thanks for stopping by!

Very cute card and I really like the colors used. I rarely see red on Halloween but it was a wonderful touch.
