If you didn't think I was kind of goofy before- this ought to put you over the edge!!! :) Please just laugh and roll your eyes. :)It is Deer Hunting Opener here in MN and its a big deal in my husband's family. Everyone comes home to be together. (No, my husband does not hunt. Bambi is safe.) So, as I was baking tonight, I thought it would be a hoot to make blaze orange cupcakes. But, then my crazy mind went a little farther and thought, I have a deer and a gun stamp-wouldn't that be funny?!?!? That's where these came from-cupcakes to honor Deer Hunting Opener. Somehow I don't think that Martha would approve.... :) :) But, I am sure that the guys will get a kick out of them. And they do taste good!!! :)
On that note...we are off this morning and will not return until Sunday night. Have a marvelous weekend!!! thanks for stopping by!!!!!!

These are sooo cute! Hunting season opened this weekend in Louisian too! My grandson (8yr) and his dad, grandfather and great-grandfather are BIG hunters. I hope Bradley gets his first deer this year.
Too funny! I've been seeing a lot of blaze orange around town but these are the first hunting cupcakes I've seen. Love it!
