Welcome to the MFT Stamps July Release Countdown! This month is an extra special one because it is MFT Stamp's 9th birthday! And birthday is theme for our products this month! Stay tuned for the next few days to see just a peek of everything that will be released!
Die-namics Decor & More Numbers are going to be available! How cute is that large number 2?!? I have so many plans for these numbers! So many creative possiblities!
I decided to really make it a fiesta by creating a fringe for my number two. I die cut the number two from Berrylicious cardstock. Then I cut several layers of fringe in different colors, to create an ombre look. This was done with a pair of fringe scissors.
The fringe layers were adhered to the number and trimmed away, using the basic number as a guide. I did try and layer the fringe on cardstock and then cut it with the number two, but the results were not the best. Some of the fringe fell off and the thickness did not allow things to cut correctly.
To add to the festive look, I cut Gold Foil Cardstock with Die-namics Pierced Star STAX.
The sentiment is from a new set of stamps called, Brushstroke Birthday. I am smitten with that font!
Die-namics Blueprints 26 is all about the birthday and balloons!
Check out this balloon that can be cut with Die-namics Blueprints 26! I think this makes a simple and classy birthday card. One that is easy to create, especially in a pinch!\
The best part about this balloon?!?! See that paper? That patterned paper??! Oh yes that is patterned paper from MFT Stamps! That is the super news! MFT Stamps is releasing two 6x6 paper pads this month! They are fabulous! The colors, the scale of the patterns, all of it! Who is excited about this news?!!?
I used the Dots & Stripes Sorbet Paper Pack to create the balloon.
And to finish off this cute card is a darling sentiment from Birthday Wishes & Balloons. Love the mix of fonts in this set! One that will be living on my desk for sure!
Visit the MFT Stamps Blog for all the news, updates, details, and all of that wonderful stuff! I am on vacation until July 6, so things will be short and sweet around here. We cannot wait to escape to some peace and quiet and no schedule!
