And my new website: Sincerely Yours Kimberly

Welcome to my blog, For the Love of Paper! Here you will find tutorials for paper crafting, from photo to video to written word tutorials. I share the process for creating beautiful handmade and heartfelt projects. And when you learn a technique, I know that you will be inspired to use the idea on your next project!

My own love of paper crafting began back in 1999 when I mentioned a look I wanted to create on the back of our wedding invitations. My then soon-to-be husband suggested this "stamping thing" his mother did, and the rest is history! I fell completely in love with stamping and papers and preserving memories.

In the years since I began, I have been privileged to be a part of the design teams for several manufacturers and online stores. I have been published over 500 times nationally and internationally. Being a contributing editor, or Go-To-Gal, for Paper Crafts Magazine was another highlight for me. I currently design for We R Memory Keepers and am an instructor for Big Picture Classes. In the past, I have designed for MFT Stamps, Echo Park Paper, Carta Bella Paper, Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L, Maya Road, Jillibean Soup, CardMaker Magazine, and Spellbinders.

In my life before becoming a mom, I was an elementary teacher. And what makes me the most passionate is the ability to combine my love of teaching and paper crafting! I love sharing video tutorials on my YouTube channel. In the past, I have taught classes locally, at CHA, and filmed over 20 video tutorials for Paper Crafts Magazine. You can now find me teaching classes at
Big Picture Classes, an online site dedicated to teaching paper crafting.

Eighteen years later, we are still happily married. My husband works in the avionics industry, where he designs the electronic, navigation, and communication systems for airliners. He loves to cook, golf, and read. We have one son who is 11 and entering middle school. He is a competitive swimmer, tuba player, and loves anything Star Wars and Legos. We also have a very large cat who is turning 15 and keeps us entertained as he acts more like a dog than a cat.

In my spare time, I love to play the piano, which I do for our church worship team, take photos, read books, historical fiction is my favorite, and I also coordinate the clothing, awards, and other swag for our son's swim team. I occasionally bake, but I like to eat the treats a bit too much. I am also working on my green thumb with a new garden.

I would love for you to join me as I paper craft my way through life and teach you some fun and easy techniques along the way! You can find me at all these places online. Simply click each of the icons to be taken to the social media hang out of your choice and follow me!
