so deer to me; MFT Stamps April Release Countdown

Welcome to the MFT Stamps Release Countdown! For the next few days we will be sharing projects featuring the new stamps, dies, stencils, and colors that will be releasing this month. You will be able to purchase any of the products you see over the next few days on Tuesday, April 5 at 9 pm Central.

Can you handle more adorable images in this release?! Forest Friends and Forest Friends Die-namics will steal your heart! These cute woodland creatures are perfect for coloring and the set is filled with images to help create great scenes! And I have to say that this set works VERY well with the March Kit! More creatures to add to those great papers!

I am also a huge fan of the sentiments in the set! So sweet!

Building this whole scene was a ton of fun! I started by creating a cloud background. (For a video tutorial on creating the sky, watch me here, Sponged Sky Background.) I layered two sets of grass using Grassy Hills Die-namics. The rest of the images were all die cut and then stamped. And as always, I colored them with my color pencils. The final touch was adding a frame created with Inside & Out Stitched Rounded Rectangle STAX. You can see how addicted I am to this set of dies, as I have been using it on almost all my cards this month!

One more outdoors-themed card today. I love the simple tree image. I was created with
Tree-mendous Die-namics. The set contains three tree tops, in different shapes, and three tree trunks, also in different shapes. I am in love with all the different trees the design team has created-be sure to visit everyone else and check them out!

And the entire reason I made this card; the sentiment. I have a confession, I am a Star Wards nerd. HUGE. Always have been. The original trilogy, please. The moment tickets became available for Star Wars: The Force Awakens, I purchased them. We attended the very first showing in our town, the night before the world-wide release. I told you, nerd. I cannot wait to give this to the little man before his next swim meet. He has also become a Star Wards nerd. My work here is done. :D

Visit the MFT Stamps blog for all the information you will need about the upcoming release. That includes product images, product videos, links to the design team projects, and more! Plus, there always seems to be a chance to win!

thanks for stopping by!

Love that you used the inside and outside of the dies and created two cards! And I think we all used that same sentiment! Your son will love it!

These cards are terrific, but I am crazy about the "forest" card! That's the best!
Take care!

Such sweet cards! Love the great scene you created in the first card and I think I speak for all Stars Wards nerds out there that the second card is just amazeballs!
