unforgettable; MFT Stamps December Release Countdown Begins!

Welcome to the start of the MFT Stamps December Release Countdown! For the next 5 days we will be sharing projects featuring the new stamps, dies, and stencils that will be releasing this month. You will be able to purchase any of the products you see over the next few days on Tuesday, December 8 at 9 pm Central. This month is full of cuteness, gorgeousness, and card making fun! Enjoy the inspiration until you can shop!

Do I even need to mention that this adorable set of stamps and coordinating dies are from Birdie Brown? The appropriately named Adorable Elephants and Die-namics Adorable Elephants have to be the cutest set of pachyderms ever designed!

To create a scene for my elephant, I heat embossed a panel of Sweet Tooth card stock with Swiss Dots Background and white embossing powder. I applied Sno Cone ink over the top to create a sky. At the bottom, I die cut a piece of Farm Fresh Gingham paper with Die-namics Rectangle STAX Set 1, the same die that I cut the orginal card stock panel with. To make the hill, I cut the green gingham paper with Die-namics Stitched Oval STAX. By layering the dies, I get the perfect results.

The elephant, flowers, and balloon are all from Adorable Elephants. Each image was colored with color pencil. I went with pencil to keep things softer. The sentiment is so true for me...I have a feeling I will be using that one a lot!

And a look at another card made with Adorable Elephants. This one I am keeping a bit under wraps as this card will be part of the FREE downloadable release class from MFT Stamps! Along with printable instructions and supply list, I will also teaching you how to create this card with a video tutorial. I will be sure and give you a link when the class goes live!

The background of the card is what I will be focusing on in the video tutorial. It was created using a new and fabulous background image called, Watercolor Stripes Background.

Visit the MFT Stamps blog for all the information you will need about the upcoming release. That includes product images, product videos, links to the design team projects, and more! Plus, there always seems to be a chance to win!

thanks for stopping by!
