MFT Release Countdown and a Christmas Countdown Calendar

Welcome to this month's Release Countdown with My Favorite Things! You will find complete details each day on the MFT Blog, including how you can win prizes and full reveals of featured products.

The products from MFT Stamps always jump start my creativity! When I saw Die-namics Tags Blueprints Builder 2, I immediately thought countdown calendar.

So I began to die cut and plain old have fun! Die-namics Tag Blueprints Builder 2 has three tag dies, three tag tops, and other images. It was very easy to cut these tags in just a few minutes with all those images that could be mixed and matched!

All the tag bases were cut from Kraft cardstock and all the toppers from Sweet Tooth cardstock. Some of the bases were stamped with Snowfall Background and a few others with Fine Chevron Background. Both new background images releasing this month.

The numbers were cut with Die-namics By The Number from Electric Red cardstock. Some of the numbers were layered onto Gumdrop Green cardstock cut with Die-namics Circle STAX Set 1.

Die-namics Pierced Snowflakes were a perfect accessory to hang from some of the clips. Cut from Sweet Tooth cardstock, their detail is elegant and can stand alone.

A couple more touches were needed to finish things off. I added cardstock flags cut with Die-namics Fishtail Flags STAX. On each of the red flags, I stamped sentiments from Merry Messages. The top flags were die cut once again with a small star image from Die-namics Blueprints 11. The leaves (again) are Die-namics Layered Vine Border with Electric Red buttons tied with Hemp Cord. I keep using those leaves and the baker's twine, but if it works, why not continue? And I have a thing for everything matching! :)

One last look at all the tags and accessories. I am looking forward to adding fun activities to the back of each of these tags! For example; make hot chocolate with candy canes, go look at Christmas lights, read a book in front of the fireplace, and more. I think it will be a great way to countdown to Christmas Day!

Head to the MFT Blog for all the details, the videos, and the chance for prizes! And hey, did you see who the guest designer is this month yet? She has some beautiful creations for you!

thanks for stopping by!
