MFT August Release-go shop!

Its time! Its time! Its time! Head to the MFT Store and check out all the new products that are now available from the August release! Like usual, I will wait until you are done shopping. :)

Tonight I am featuring Die-namics Stitchable Dot Circles STAX. This set of Die-namics contains 5 dies, all progressively smaller in size with circles around. These dies ONLY cut out the small circles. Sounds goofy, but it gives you a lot of creative freedom!

I set all my Die-namics Stitchable Dot Circle STAX dies onto a piece of Steel Grey cardstock and held them in place with low-tack tape. Then I passed them through my manual die cutting machine and what I got, was all these awesome places to stitch! I had fun trying different kinds of stitches and using different colored thread for each.

Once I was done stitching, I added a flower, button center, and leaf all from Die-namics Blueprints 14

On the inside of the card, I stamped Spotlight Sentiments and overlapped it with Steel Grey cardstock words cut with Die-namics Thank You.

On this card, I used Die-namics Stitchable Dot Circle STAX to cut the circles into my Smooth White cardstock card base. Then I backed the openings with Gumdrop Green cardstock.

The thank you circle is a combination of the Stitchable Dot Circle STAX and Die-namics Circle STAX Set 2. After cutting the basic circle, I then cut it with the stitchable one. Make sense? I hope so. Its a cool look and a great way to add a little touch of stitching.

Spotlight Sentiments was again my go-to set for the inside. I have a feeling that I will be using this set for this a lot. Its so easy to add die cut images or other words. Great touch!

Have fun shopping and be sure to stop back in a couple of days to see the release rewind. I still have a few more projects up my sleeve! And as always, the MFT Blog is your source of all the info you need!

thanks for stopping by!
