Paper Creations and a giveaway

This contest is now closed. Thank you. Winners will be announced at the end of the week.

The Fall 2012 Issue
Happy Monday! This week on my blog is all about publications and a chance to give some issues away to you! I am very, very fortunate to work with the best magazines in the industry. All run by creative, talented, and frankly, amazing women!!
Let’s start this week off with Paper Creations and the Fall 2012 issue. This issue is full of great Halloween projects, but so much more!
RIP tomstone treat holders
I have quite a few projects in the issue, but my favorite is this set of treat holders using Nested Tombstones, Spider Web, and the base of Square Bracket Edge Box from Spellbinders Paper Arts.
So, now for the fun part! I have a copy of this issue to give away to one lucky commenter! And of course, I will be throwing in some fun extras! Leave a comment sharing your favorite memory from this summer. You have until Tuesday, August 14, at 10 pm (CST). Good luck and keep stopping back!
thanks for stopping by!

Your treat boxes are fabulous! I can only imagine what other wonderful projects are in between the pages of this magazine! Congrats to you for getting published...that is so awesome! My favorite memory (so far, my summer ends at the end of Aug.) was coming across a pile of old family photos when I was visiting one of my sisters...oh what memories they brought back.

This summer I had the chance to go to Ireland with my husband. My favorite memory was giving him a kiss in one of the castles. It was a beautiful day and so romantic!

My favorite memory this summer was when my grandson came to visit us for the first time all by himself. We went swimming, to the movies, out for dinner and ice cream- had a great time! I taught him how to make a Spiderman card and he was amazed and proud to use them for his birthday invitations for his friends!

My husband and I took a motor coach tour of Cape Cod this summer. The temperatures at home were 105 to 108 degrees but the weather in Cape Cod was mild and sunny. We saw some beautiful places and enjoyed making new friends. Iris

Love your little tombstone treat boxes. As Halloween is my favorite time for crafting, the new tombstone dies are on my wish list. I would say my favorite memory from this summer is spending 9 days of crafting fun with a crafting friend.

Love the tombstones. Very Clever. My favorite memory this summer is watching 4 of our grandkids play baseball this summer. Each one was on a different team, so it seems like we were meeting ourselves coming and going!!!!

Never had the pleasure of thumbing through this magazine. Looks fabulous. Best part of summer was a trip to the coast of Maine with my kids and grandkids to see my father.

Cute treat holders! Looks like an interesting magazine. My favorite part of the summer so far has been getting to spend some quality time with my husband on weekend jaunts in the country.

Oh my, I LOVE those treat holders, they are awesome!! My favorite summer memory is hard as there are a couple, but guess I would choose the 4th of July when the hubby and I took our Kayaks out on Lake Huron with a cooler and floated on the waves for about 3 hours...a beautiful and peaceful day in our normally stressful lives!!

so hard to pick one memory, so I'll pick a recent one from last weekend at my 21st class reunion. I got to see plenty of old friends that I haven't thought of for quite some time.
