H&M Blog Hop, Blog Candy and a SALE!

My first H&M Blog Hop! Yay! Our challenge was to create anything but a card for the holidays. I used an acrylic card holder. It was filled with a hot chocolate packet and peppermint candies. Quick and easy gift for people that you want to give a little more than a card to.

I stamped the tree from the set Nature's Style. The tree was stamped on Kraft cardstock and cut out.
On the ribbon I placed small pieces of cut out felt. I thought it was a cute way to add polka dots to ribbon.
Snowflakes from the Create a Bulb set were stamped on the Kraft cardstock and accented with the Spica glitter pen.
The Tis the season sentiment is also from the Nature's Style set.

Although the weather has been warm lately, we know that those hot chocolate days are on the way! Great gift! One favorite memory each & every year is bringing the family together to decorate Mom & Dad's tree. Dad would always say there were never enough ornaments & so we have been in the habit of bringing something each year. Even though Dad is no longer with us, we still bring a new ornament each year to add to now Mom's tree! sUSAn
