ScrapLovers October Reveal: Cupcake Recipe Book

I love cupcakes. I love eating them, baking them, decorating them, decorating my house with cupcakey things...you get the idea. I thought this mini album from Maya Road and the Maya Road chipboard cupcakes would make a great little recipe book.
I wrote shortened recipes because these are recipes I have used many times and it is a reference for me. If you want to get some of these fabulous recipes go to Wilton.
Each page was painted. Then each page got its own cupcake and recipe. Some of the recipes are for filling, some for frosting, and others for the basic cake. The patterned papers are from Scenic Route Appleton.
I hung a small, die-cut tag from each cupcake labeling it with the recipe featured on that particular page.
You can almost see in the above photo that I stamped (Watermark) a small cupcake all over the pages. The cupcake and the squiggly line stamp are from Hero Arts Sparkle Clear set.
ScrapLovers is having a crop this weekend! The design team there is SO creative with their challenges and games-you really need to stop by and join in the fun! Not to mention that Christina is very generous with her prizes! :) The fun will start Friday and continue until Sunday.
thanks for stopping by!
