ScrapLovers September Reveal-October Afternoon

Here is the first part of my reveal for ScrapLovers this month. I am loving the new October Afternoon line, Hometown. Oh, so fabulous! I also saw this blackboard photo box from Cosmo Cricket and knew they would be a perfect fit. The box is meant to hold 4x6 photos, so I made my pages for the mini album that exact size. Wallet sized photos were printed to use on the pages, but I cut them down to 2x2 with my square Nestabilities.

The lettering on each of the pages are small stickers from Making Memories. The library card is a stamp from October Afternoon that was stamped onto Vanilla cardstock from Papertrey Ink.
The labels on each page were cut from Spellbinders dies and stamped with the same set from October Afternoon.
The sunshine is a punch from the Punch Bunch. It was stamped with Versamark ink and my new Cornish Heritage Farms fine houndstooth Scrapblocks stamp. (sigh and more love :))
All the pages were punched and put on a loose-leaf ring. The ribbons are from Offray and the twine is from May Arts.
Here is a top-side view of the album inside the box.

have a wonderful weekend! thanks for stopping by!

Kimberly, I can't even begin to tell you how much I LOVE this mini-book! I think this will be next year's grandparent Christmas gift and I'll just work on it all year long :D

You were the Mini-Book of the Week at Card of the Week.com. You can see the original post here.

I did use a picture from your post, with links back to the site and the original post. I hope that is OK. Please feel free to email me if you need me to change anything.

I also have an “I was featured” on badge for you if you want it :D

Thanks again for sharing!

I am loving all the things you're creating with this October Afternoon paper. This box is the perfect thing for grandchild pictures so I'm not just whipping out hastily printed pictures on cardstock-yuk! Very classy Kim! I'm glad I found your blog.
