TECC 28 and Blog Candy!

I love all the sketches that are floating out there. Sometimes its nice to use someone else's ideas and this sketch from Taylor's Cupcake Challenge sparked my interest. Plus, I had new Basic Grey Eva paper from ScrapLovers to use and new Tweet stamps from Pink Cat Studio.
I LOVE the look of the airbrushing with Nesties, but I don't have any Copics, so I had to be creative. I used my Nesties as a stencil, but used chalk ink and a stippling brush. WAY happy with the results and will be trying this on everything. :)

ETA:BLOG CANDY IS NOW CLOSED. THANKS! DRAWING SOON!

Great card...I too love the look of the airbrushing with Copics, but a) don't have the airbrush system and b) don't have the patience to mask everything. Thanks for the chance - all the hits are because your work rocks! :o)

So cute. I am definitely going to try the masking thing with my Nesties and chalk ink. I love the effect it gives. (Especially for those of us without Copics. LOL!)
