Scrap Lovers July Challenge

Wow. July already? That means its time for another challenge at Scrap Lovers. Border punches are the rage. I have to admit, that I am guilty of buying a couple lately. But they are fun!
I punched 3 borders with my Fiskars Threading Water punch. The borders were backed with a magenta paper to bring out the dots. The edges were distressed and some rub on stitching was added.
The Challenge:
Use border punches, or pre-made borders, or hand-cut borders, just use borders! :) The best thing about the challenges at ScrapLovers is that you can get your name in a drawing for each challenge you complete. Who doesn't love to go shopping? :) Post your creation in the gallery and link it to my challenge thread and you are in!
I don't know if I will post again this week or not. We are off to my parent's for fun and sun on the lake. The 4th is a big deal in my town. Everyone goes home. Its great to see old friends and watch a small town parade and eat junk food at the carnival. I find it so amazing that the carnival that seemed so big, really isn't! :) Have a wonderful and safe 4th. thanks for stopping by!

I love your scrap page (Of course I love anything with butterflies). The black contrasts so well with the colored patterns. Very pretty.

Have a great holidy Kim! My family always gets together at my parent's lake house for the 4th--it's always a good time.
